Thank you for supporting me to run the London Marathon and raise money for Bournemouth Citizen's Advice Bureau
On Sunday April 26th 2009, I successfully completed the London Marathon in 3 hours 27 minutes. By the time I reached the finish line I was exhausted but delighted to have raised over £1,000 for the Bournemouth Citizen's Advice Bureau.
Huge thanks to everyone who sent me messages of support and generously sponsored me, it helped keep me going, especially through those last few miles!!
The Bournemouth CAB provides important services to people facing difficulty and is a place to turn for free financial, legal and other advice. Nationally, CAB centres help around 2 million people each year while Bournemouth dealt with around 8,000 cases last year.
